Scope

Wyamate Limited is responsible for this Seamling website. Contact privacy@seamling.com about privacy.

Purchase and delivery

Purchases are not open. This review site collects no payments, orders or download requests. We are preparing to use Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, subject to approval. Before sales open, this policy will explain the enabled checkout and delivery services and the personal information used to deliver and recover purchases. Lemon Squeezy’s own privacy policy describes its processing.

Your app stays in your tooling

The kit runs in your project with your chosen coding agent. This website does not upload your repository, app records or prompts to Seamling. Your chosen tools have their own privacy settings. Do not send credentials or private repositories in support requests.

This website

Fonts and images are served with the website. We do not add analytics, advertising pixels, a newsletter form or embedded checkout. When published, Cloudflare will host these pages and may process network addresses and request information for delivery and security under its privacy policy.

Email links open your email application. If you contact us, we use your message and contact details to respond and keep relevant support records. Our mailbox provider and hosting providers may process information outside New Zealand.

Rights and retention

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law. We keep correspondence only as needed for support, records and unresolved claims. Hosting logs and your own mailbox copies follow their separate retention arrangements.
