Refund policy

Digital downloads

Seamling is a downloadable digital kit. We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds after the kit has been downloaded. This does not limit your statutory rights or rights available through the checkout provider. For purchases through Lemon Squeezy, Lemon Squeezy retains discretion to issue refunds within 60 days to prevent chargebacks. Our policy does not restrict that authority. See Lemon Squeezy’s refund policy. Purchases are not currently open.

If you made a duplicate purchase or believe there is a genuine billing error, contact support@seamling.com with your order number or purchase email so we can review it.

If your download is missing, corrupted, faulty or materially different from its description, contact support@seamling.com. Include brief details of the problem and your order reference; do not send credentials or private repositories. We will provide the appropriate remedy required by applicable law. Downloading the product does not remove those rights.

Refunds are processed through the original checkout/payment provider. Processing times vary. Following a full refund, the licence to use the supplied kit ends: stop using and remove the reusable kit. You may retain your own app, already delivered client work, adapted starter code and project-specific outputs. Applicable third-party obligations remain.
