Seamling is created and licensed by Wyamate Limited, 1 Hillary Heights, Gisborne, New Zealand. Purchase and product support: support@seamling.com.

Your licence

Each licence covers one named person using the version stated at checkout. A business may purchase licences for its people; each person using the supplied kit needs their own licence. The licensed person may use it for unlimited apps, including their own commercial apps and paid client projects. Their private coding agents may use the kit on their behalf. The licence does not permit sharing or reselling the supplied kit to colleagues, clients or other people for their use.

You may copy, edit and publish the files in starter/ as part of your own or a client's app or app preview, including commercial apps. You may deliver the adapted app, its source, generated gallery and project-specific records to your client and its users. Clients and colleagues may view and review the resulting workspace without a Seamling licence. A person who wants to use the supplied Seamling kit to install or maintain workspaces needs their own licence. Public app code may include those starter files. No Seamling attribution is required under this licence, but retain applicable third-party copyright/licence notices, including THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt for the bundled runtime. This permission does not let you present your app as official Seamling or use its name/logo as your own product identity.

You may use the guides, prompts, workflows and templates privately for your own and client projects. You may share project-specific records you create with clients and collaborators. Before handing over a repository, exclude the supplied kit, reusable guides, prompts, workflows and blank templates; delivering project outputs does not transfer the kit licence. Do not publish, resell, sublicense, upload or redistribute the supplied guides, workflows or complete kit as a competing download, template collection or shared resource. Permission to publish an app does not grant permission to distribute the workflow kit.

You may provide material to your AI tool for your own permitted work, subject to that tool's terms and privacy settings. This permission does not authorize uploading the kit as a public knowledge base or redistributable assistant resource. Check before submitting private app material to any service.

This is a licence to use the supplied material, not a promise of exclusive rights in generated code or a claim to ownership of your app. Third-party material you add retains its own terms.

Support & updates

You may keep using your purchased version indefinitely, subject to this licence. Email support covers access/download problems and reproducible defects in the supplied kit. Personal installation, app customization, repository/project reviews, coaching and guaranteed response times are not included. Any corrections we publish for your purchased release are included without extra charge. Future major versions may be sold separately. No update schedule, lifetime upgrades or ongoing compatibility with future app/framework versions is promised. Applicable consumer rights and remedies remain unaffected.

Use the included common-issue guide first. If the download is missing, corrupted or materially fails to match the advertised product, contact the seller through the contact shown on your receipt. Include the product version, browser, brief steps and error text; do not send passwords, API keys or your private repository. Applicable consumer rights and remedies are not excluded or limited by these terms.

Refunds

Our refund policy preserves applicable statutory and checkout-provider rights.

Before sale

Seamling is preparing to sell through Lemon Squeezy, subject to approval. Purchases are not open. For purchases through Lemon Squeezy, it will act as merchant of record. Its buyer terms and refund authority apply alongside this product licence. This page does not confirm store approval.
